Dante Alighieri said there are nine levels of hell with the lowest level reserved for those who turn against their country and countrymen.

So, why not start with the man who even the devil will admit is his equal…

Dick Cheney
Let’s start in the lowest rung of hell. Cheney was an alcoholic who got two DUIs while living in Wyoming. He somehow made his way to Washington where he became chief of staff for Gerald Ford. There he witnessed two assassination attempts and became certified paranoid. He saw an enemy behind every tree and said, in an amazing, self-serving, convoluted interpretation of the constitution, that “the Executive branch of the government is first among equals and has, therefore, the right to set policy and use executive orders to rule the country.”
His first act, though, upon entering the White House, was to meet with the representatives of Enron, World com, Global Crossing and offer them a deal. They, Cheney and Bush, would deregulate oil and gas for a $250,000 contribution to the Republican Party…and a two million dollar donation to a secret slush fund for illegal programs that would make Nixon look like a saint.
The result of that deregulation caused a fifty billion dollar bankruptcy that wiped out the savings, retirement, health benefits of tens of thousands of people and caused rolling blackouts in California due to Enron’s control over the market. In 6/23/98, CEO of Halliburton Dick Cheney said, “The good Lord didn’t see fit to put oil and gas only where there are democratically elected regimes friendly to the United States.” He, and Halliburton, made $39.5 billion off the Gulf War.

John Yoo is an American attorney, law professor, and author. He served as a political appointee, the Deputy Assistant U.S. Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel, Department of Justice during the George W. Bush administration. He is best known for his opinions concerning the Geneva Conventions that legitimized the War on Terror by the United States. He also authored the so-called Torture Memos, which concerned the use of what the Central Intelligence Agency called enhanced interrogation techniques including water boarding. He declared Fourth Amendment flexible, writing: “The government may be justified in taking measures which in less troubled conditions could be seen as infringements of individual liberties.” Yoo forged doctrine of preemption, writing that Bush may use his war powers to act against groups or individuals, even if it would be “difficult to establish that they have been or may be implicated in attacks.”

Barack Obama: the man who promised a transparent administration has sequestered more classified documents than any other president, gone after more whistle blowers than all other presidents combined, and taken spying on U.S. citizens to such a level that Bush and Cheney would be awestruck. A gutless pencil neck who has brought us to the brink of war with Russia over Ukraine, a basket case of a country that will cost the U.S. billions to bail out. A country with no redeeming value to the U.S. other than the fact it made Russia out to be the next “evil empire.”
Guilty of war crimes for not acting on the proof of war crimes he was presented by Bradley (Chelsea) Manning and others. A conspirator before and after the fact.
Participated in developing and implementing the “Fast and Furious” program which transfer weapons to an enemy of America (the Mexican Drug Cartels) in order to press the case for gun control and gut the second amendment to the constitution
Guilty of appointing Jeffrey Immelt, CEO of GE – a company noted for using every possible trick gimmick and loophole to pay almost zero takes and who shut down a string of American light bulb factories and shifted production to China – as the new white House economic advisor.

Eric Holder: the creator, perpetrator of “Fast and Furious” – a program of providing guns to two different cartels in Mexico, have them kill each other and innocent people, then show that the guns came from America and that we must gut the 2nd amendment and take away Americans right to own firearms.

Supreme court Judge Anthony Scalia
Guilty of falsely awarding George Bush the presidency, which led to the invasion of Iraq on false pretenses, leading to the death of 5,000 U.S. troops. A Supreme Court judge who allowed political consideration to taint his decisions and directly cause the deaths of one million Iraqis. A man who, in a case involving Miranda rights said, “There is less need for such rights since the police are honest and do not lie.

Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts
Election night: Indecision 2000 begins. Flies to Florida to advise Jeb Bush during recount. Supreme Court hands presidency to George W. Bush. Made Supreme Court Chief Justice thereafter.

EPA chief Christine Todd Whitman
Told first responders in NYC city it was safe to go back into ground zero when she knew there were carcinogens and heavy metals. That led to thousands of men getting cancer, emphysema, and other heath problems leading to death or greatly shortened lives. Guilty of manslaughter. Federal judge will later call statement, “conscience-shocking.”

Joe Biden who lied about his education thereby violating the law then okayed the appointment of his son to a position with the Ukrainian state owned oil company in a direct conflict of interests.

Paul Bremer for misfeasance, malfeasance and nonfeasance. A man with no experience in nation building, rather a protégé of Henry Kissinger – provost of Iraq. Disbanding the Bath party leading to a blood bath between the Sunnis and Shiites. This after being warned by General James Garner what would occur if he took that action. A man who had the temerity to classify himself with George Marshall, An ego maniac, and sociopath who cost so many lives still thinks of himself in such a way is beyond rationality. He did not collect their weapons, which lead to a blood bath subsequently killing a million Iraqis and over 6,000 American service men

Paul Wolfowitz
Neocon who helped write to “Program for a New American Century which justified the invasion, subversion and overthrow of foreign governments to further America’s hegemonic agenda.

Donald Rumsnfield
Signed off on “Category III” interrogation techniques including “the use of scenarios designed to convince the detainee that death or severely painful consequences are imminent for him and/or his family.” It is later shown that these methods are torture as defined in US federal law, and that DOD knew that at the time.
Called link between Iraq and Al Qaeda “accurate and not debatable.”
Said about the war: “It could last…six days, six weeks. I doubt six months.”
We can take and hold Iraq with one hundred thousand men. When his military advisors told him it would take 250,000 men. That led to the loss off 5,000 American lives.
Rumsfeld: “There is no question but that the invasion] would be welcomed.” Later says: “Never said that. Never did…You may remember it well, but you’re thinking of somebody else.”
Gen. Eric Shinseki tells Rumsfield “several hundred thousand troops” will be needed to occupy Iraq. Rumsfeld retaliates, naming Shinseki’s successor fourteen months before the end of his term.

George Bush
He stole the presidency in 2000. He bought his way out of the Vietnam War and was AWOL for a year from the Texas Air National l Guard while on a cocaine and alcohol binge. He flat-out lied about Iraq’s weapons. In a major speech in October 2002, he said that Saddam Hussein had the capacity to send unmanned aircraft to the U.S. with bombs that could range from chemical weapons to nuclear devices. “We cannot wait for the final proof—the smoking gun—that could come in the form of a mushroom cloud.
In 2006, a National Intelligence Estimate (a consensus report of the heads of 16 U.S. intelligence agencies) asserted that the Iraq war had increased Islamic radicalism and had worsened the terror threat.
Bush White House ignored international agreements, such as the Geneva Convention, that banned torture, and created a secret system of detention that was unmasked when photos made their way to the American media outlets.
Bush violated U.S. Constitution as well. The Bush White House ignored basic civil liberties, most notably by launching a massive domestic spying program where millions of Americans’ online activities were monitored with the help of big telecom companies.
Iraq war created federal debt crisis. The total costs of the Iraq and Afghan wars will reach between $4 trillion and $6 trillion, when the long-term medical costs are added in for wounded veterans,
Said evolution was a theory – like intelligent design. One of his most inflammatory comments was saying that public schools should teach that evolution is a theory with as much validity as the religious belief in intelligent design, or God’s active hand in creating life.
Poverty among children also exploded. The Census also found that 11.6 million children lived below the poverty line when Clinton left office. Under Bush, that number grew by 21 percent to 14.1 million.
March 2002: “Fuck Saddam. We’re taking him out.”—Bush to Rice and three senators.
Bush claims a new UN International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report states Iraq is six months from developing a nuclear weapon. There is no such report.
From the first day in the White House, plans were laid to invade Iraq. Why, you may ask. Oil? Bring about democracy? Nothing so vital. After the first Gulf War, Saddam Hussein put a contract out on George Bush Senior’s life and on Laura Bush, George W’s wife. It was a case of pay back. You say you can’t believe that something so stupid could ever be the cause for war. Well, when you’re talking about the Bushes, there is no such thing as “too stupid.” Five thousand men and women lost their lives fighting not for a just cause or American safety, but to satisfy George Bush’s lust for revenge because Saddam put out a contract on the life of his father and wife.
In a speech in Houston, Bush says of Saddam: “After all, this is a guy who tried to kill my dad.” Former Ambassador Joseph Wilson sent to Niger to check out claims Iraq buying uranium-rich yellowcake. Joe Wilson told CIA there’s no indication that Iraq is buying yellowcake French debunk yellowcake theory: “We told the Americans, ‘Bullshit. It doesn’t make any sense. When a former ambassador, Joseph C. Wilson, wrote a New York Times op-ed saying there was no nuclear threat from Iraq, the White House retaliated by leaking the name and destroying the career of his wife, Valerie Plame, one of the CIA’s top national security experts.
Notes of meeting between Bush and Blair make clear Bush intends to invade Iraq even if UN inspectors found no evidence of WMD. Bush told Blair he’d considered “flying U2 reconnaissance planes…over Iraq, painted in UN colors” to tempt Iraqi forces to fire on them, which would constitute a breach of UN resolutions.
Bush said, while president, “By the time they figure out what went on in the White House, I’ll be long gone.” Gone, but not forgotten, George.
After all, George W, for 90% of the time he was in the National Guard, was on a cocaine binge where another officer signed in for him because he was sleeping off the drugs or the alcohol.
So we went to war which was over in 100 hours…almost. Bush then met with General James Garner concerning the governing of Iraq after the war. General Garner said he would maintain the Bathe Party, the force that kept peace between the Shias and Sunnis for 50 years. That he would maintain the military after vetting the top generals. Bush said he had other plans for Iraq, then put his arm around the general’s shoulder and said, “Maybe we’ll follow that plan after we ‘do’ Iran.”
IAEA official tells Bush, Rice, Rumsfeld, and Cheney that the Niger uranium documents were forgeries so error-filled that “they could be spotted by someone using Google.”

Carl Rove
Fixed the 2004 election. Also guilty of overeating, slothfulness.

Henry Kissinger
A fool who talks with marbles in his mouth and swears there were weapons of mass destruction on Iraq when he knew (which makes him a conspirator before the fact) or didn’t know which makes him an idiot. Conspired with Richard Nixon to violate the Constitution, break the law and engage in a cover up.

Condoleezza Rice
Memo to National Security Adviser Rice from Energy Department experts eviscerated theory that aluminum tubes purchased by Iraq are for nuclear centrifuges. Rice later claims tubes are clear evidence of Iraqi nuke program.
To a deputy raising doubts about Iraq war, Rice says: “Save your breath. The president has already made up his mind

Advised Americans to stock up on plastic sheeting and duct tape to protect themselves against radiological or biological attack.

Colin Powell
2/5/03 In UN speech, Powell says, “Every statement I make today is backed up by sources, solid sources. These are not assertions. What we’re giving you are facts and conclusions based on solid intelligence.” Cites Libi’s claims and Curveball’s “eyewitness” accounts of mobile weapons labs. German officer who supervised Curveball’s handler will later recall thinking, “Mein Gott!” Powell also claims that Saddam’s son Qusay has ordered WMD removed from palace complexes; that key WMD files are being driven around Iraq by intelligence agents; that bio-weapons warheads have been hidden in palm groves; that a water truck at an Iraqi military installation is a “decontamination vehicle” for chemical weapons; that Iraq has drones it can use for bio-weapons attacks; and that WMD experts have been corralled into one of Saddam’s guest houses.
So, Colin Powell is either a fool, a liar or totally incompetent. He can take his pick.

Tom Brokaw
”The people who ran the exit polling, and all those of us who were their clients, recognized that it was deeply flawed,” said Tom Brokaw, who served as anchor for NBC News during the 2004 election. ”They were really screwed up — the old models just don’t work anymore. I would not go on the air with them again.”
In fact, the exit poll created for the 2004 election was designed to be the most reliable voter survey in history. The six news organizations –used Warren Mitofsky, who pioneered the exit poll for CBS in 1967 and is widely credited with assuring the credibility of Mexico’s elections in 1994. For its nationwide poll, Mitofsky selected a random sub sample approximately six times larger than those normally used in national polls — driving the margin of error down to approximately plus or minus one percent.
The first indication that something was gravely amiss on November 2nd, 2004, was the inexplicable discrepancies between exit polls and actual vote counts. Polls in thirty states weren’t just off the mark — they deviated to an extent that cannot be accounted for by their margin of error. In all but four states, the discrepancy favored President Bush.
Instead of treating the discrepancies as a story meriting investigation, the networks scrubbed the offending results from their Web sites and substituted them with ”corrected” numbers that had been weighted, retroactively, to match the official vote count. Rather than finding fault with the election results, the mainstream media preferred to dismiss the polls as flawed.
On the evening of the vote, reporters at each of the major networks were briefed by pollsters at 7:54 p.m. Kerry, they were informed, had an insurmountable lead and would win by a rout: at least 309 electoral votes to Bush’s 174, with fifty-five too close to call. In London, Prime Minister Tony Blair went to bed contemplating his relationship with President-elect Kerry.
As the last polling stations closed on the West Coast, exit polls showed Kerry ahead in ten of eleven battleground states — including commanding leads in Ohio and Florida — and winning by a million and a half votes nationally. The exit polls even showed Kerry breathing down Bush’s neck in supposed GOP strongholds Virginia and North Carolina. Against these numbers, the statistical likelihood of Bush winning was less than one in 600,000 ”Either the exit polls, by and large, are completely wrong,” a Fox News analyst declared, ”or George Bush loses.”
But as the evening progressed, official tallies began to show implausible disparities — as much as 9.5 percent — with the exit polls. In ten of the eleven battleground states, the tallied margins departed from what the polls had predicted. In every case, the shift favored Bush. Based on exit polls, CNN had predicted Kerry defeating Bush in Ohio by a margin of 4.2 percentage points. Instead, election results showed Bush winning the state by 2.5 percent. Bush also tallied 6.5 percent more than the polls had predicted in Pennsylvania and 4.9 percent more in Florida.

Mitt Romney
2008: Mitt Romney suggested privatizing Social Security: an entitlement program. Of course it is not an entitlement program. It is a program that America citizens funded. Republicans now claim that they should not return the money to the people who paid into the system. If Romney had won in 2008 and privatized the system, 45% of every dollar in the fund would have been lost in the market crash caused by banks that were deregulated by Ronald Regan and the Bushes.
Mitt Romney has $21,000,000 in banks in the Caribbean which he has avoided paying federal and state income tax on.
Mitt Romney’s company “Bain Capital” bought companies, broke them apart, and shipped the jobs overseas leading to the loss of 15,000 American jobs.
Mitt Romney is a misogynist of the highest order.
Mitt Romney was labeled the greatest flip-flopper in any American election. Flip-flopper being a nice word for “liar.”

The Banksters
It is impossible to list even a small percentage of those criminals. Here are but a few:
Jimmy Cayne, the former chief executive officer of Bear Stearns & Co., continues to enjoy playing bridge and golf, his $400 million-plus fortune, his sprawling mansion in Elberon, New Jersey, and his duplex at the Plaza Hotel.
Dick Fuld, the former CEO of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. is closer to $520 million, according to people who prepared and studied Lehman’s public filings.
When Stan O’Neal resigned from Merrill Lynch & Co. in 2007, less than a year before it almost went bankrupt, he was given a parting gift of $161.5 million and a board seat — which he still holds — at Alcoa Inc.”
Angelo Mozilo, the former Countrywide Financial Corp. CEO, walked off center stage with a net worth of about $600 million.
One thing the American government hasn’t done is prosecute the largest banks in the world for supporting the drug cartels by washing billions of dollars of their blood stained money. According to court records, HSBC, Western Union, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Wachovia amongst many others have laundered billions for the drug cartels who would find it difficult, or impossible to run so large an organization with out the banks help.
If any member of the public is caught in possession of a few grams of coke or heroin you can bet your bottom dollar they will be going down to serve some hard time. How-ever, if you’re a bankster caught laundering billions of dollars for some of the most murderous people on the planet you get off with a slap on the wrist in the form of some puny fine and a deferred prosecution deal.
The cartels stay in business because the CIA needs silenced money to run their covert operations. So the CIA gets a cut of ten percent. The money goes into the U.S. banking system where it earns billions of dollars in profits for the big banks because it boosts the amount of money the banks can loan. The money is loaned to the private prison system that builds more for-profit jails.
Drugs are flowing into the country across porous borders and there are plenty of young, innocent drug uses to keep the jails filled. The private prison system is making millions, which it then feeds to legislatures to passed stricter drug laws.
When the state governments were considering decriminalizing certain drug offenses and taking away mandatory sentences, the private prison system had the balls to write a letter to the legislatures explaining that such action would hurt their bottom line and limit their ability to support their reelection campaigns. The lesson is, if you’re Mexican and become involved in the drug trade, you should expect to die within a few years. If you’re a poor American, you should expect to spend decades in prison. But if you’re a wealthy banker, you can expect to live a long life of luxury.
Do you know the best way to rob a bank? Let me help you. The best way to rob a bank is to own one. A control fraud is a company run by a criminal who uses it as a weapon and shield to defraud others and makes it difficult to detect and punish the fraud. Control frauds are financial super predators that cause vastly larger losses than blue-collar thieves. They cause catastrophic business failures. Control frauds can occur in waves that imperil the general economy. No matter what these banks do, the Feds don’t bring criminal charges because that could jeopardize the world’s largest banks and ultimately destabilize the global financial system. Control frauds are weapons of mass economic destruction that drive global crises and are the greatest enemy of free markets. They are also the greatest threat to democracy, and the American and British governments are allowing them to commit their frauds with impunity from criminal prosecutions.
Those two governments say they can’t shut those banks down or criminally indict their bosses because the public will lose confidence in those institutions and undermine the whole financial system. Impact whose confidence? The Mexican drug traffickers, their international sanctions breakers, their global tax evaders, or the ordinary, law-abiding clients who are entitled to assume that their bank will obey the laws imposed on them and will provide a safe place of deposit?”
Confidence? What confidence can anyone have when they know their bank is an admitted criminal? When their money is deposited with a bank that breaks the criminal law at every possible opportunity, which cheats them at every turn, sells them fraudulent products, launders drug money, evades international sanctions, assists foreign oligarchs’ tax evasion, safeguards the deposit accounts of Third World dictators and their families, then what is that confidence worth?
So you might ask, what’s the appropriate penalty for banks who launders drug money? Exactly how much money should one extract from a firm that has been profiting from business with criminals for years and years? Remember, we’re talking about companies that have admitted to a smorgasbord of serious banking crimes. If you’re the prosecutor, you’ve got this bank by the balls. So how much money should you take? How about all of it? How about every last fuckin’ dollar the bank has made since it started its illegal activity? How about you dive into every bank account of every single executive involved in this mess and take every last bonus dollar they’ve ever earned? Then take their houses, their cars, the paintings they bought at Sotheby’s auctions, the clothes in their closets, the loose change in the jars on their kitchen counters, every last freaking thing. Take it all and don’t think twice. And then throw them in jail.
This is what politics is doing to our Democracy. Government corruption demands political change. Political leadership leads to self-serving agendas and self aggrandizement. Politicians eschew social causes for personal enrichment. Political power corrupt morality and rationality. The result is criminal behavior and Constitutional crimes.

My political commentary is meant to bring a heightened consciousness and real discussion to people intent on changing social, political, and economic conditions. Politics as usual is destroying our Democracy. Government corruption demands real political change, not just a new candidate in the old system. Political leadership only leads to self-serving agendas and self aggrandizement. Politicians eschew social causes for personal enrichment. Political power corrupt morality and rationality. The result is criminal behavior and Constitutional crimes.
