My aim is to have the Republican Party charged under the RICCO statues as an on-going criminal conspiracy.

1958…Vice-president Richard Nixon accepted a $500 million dollar bribe from Mafia Don Carlos Marcello in exchange for not going after the Mafia.  Even though Eisenhower was president, due to his ill-heath, Nixon was actually running the country.

1968…Nixon sent Kissinger to Vietnam to meet with the North Vietnamese leaders.  At the time, Johnson was in negotiations with the North to end the war.  Kissinger told them if they wait a few months, Nixon would grant them better terms.  The North walked out of the negotiations, the people turned on the democrats, who they blamed for prolonging the war, and Nixon got elected…at the cost of twenty-seven thousand additional American troop deaths.

1972…there was Watergate, dirty tricks, the pentagon papers, Ellsberg.  Nixon went off the deep end, threatened to arrest every one who was not a loyal Republican: and start a war crimes tribunal.  Tried to have his Attorney General, John Mitchell coerce, threaten cajole the supreme court into declaring the Pentagon Papers state secrets that should not be released.  Threaten the Washington Post and New York times with treason.

1979…Jimmy Carter was negotiating with the Ayatollahs in Iran for the release of the American hostages.  A deal was close at hand, but Ronald Reagan and George Bush Sr. went to the mullahs and made a deal.  Iran would hold off releasing the hostages until after the election and in return America would supply missiles with which Iran could win their ea against Iraq.  Subsequently, a half million men n each side died, but that was only considered collateral damage.  But it did get Reagan elected. This was part of the Iran-Contra deal.

1989…not until eight years after HIV began ravaging the world, killing tens of millions of people, did Regan mention Aids/HIV, declaring to his advisors that it was a disease that only killed gay men.

1990…Bush sent Howard Baker to negotiate with Mikhail Gorbachev regarding the cold war.  Gorbachev agreed to tear down the war all Bush agreed to not expand NATO east.  The agreement was made.  Immediately thereafter, NATO (America) moved east and brought in twelve Russian states previously part of the USSR.  Breaking the agreement and starting a new cold war.

2000…the final outcome hinged on how the vote went in Florida.  36,000 newly registered voters (Black, poor) were turned away because their names had never been added to the voter rolls by Florida’s REPUBLICAN secretary of state Kathleen Harris. By virtue of the office she held, Harris presided over the state’s election process while at the same time she was an active member of the Bush Jr. state-wide campaign committee.  Other voters were turned away because they were declared–almost always incorrectly–“convicted felons.” In several Democratic precincts, state officials closed the polls early, leaving lines of would-be voters stranded.

Under orders from Governor Jeb Bush (Bush Jr.’s brother), state troopers near polling sites delayed people for hours while searching their cars. Some precincts required two photo IDs which many citizens do not have.  The requirement under Florida law was only one photo ID.  Passed just before the election, this law itself posed a special difficulty for low-income or elderly voters who did not have drivers’ licenses or other photo IDs. Uncounted ballot boxes went missing or were found in unexplained places or were never collected from certain African-American precincts.  During the recount, GOP agitators shipped in from Washington D.C. by the Republican national leadership stormed the Dale County Canvassing Board, punched and kicked one of the officials, shouted and banged on their office doors, and generally created a climate of intimidation that caused the board to abandon its recount and accept the dubious pro-Bush tally.

Then a five-to-four conservative majority on the U.S. Supreme Court in a logically tortured decision ruled that a complete recount in Florida would be a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment’s equal protection clause because different counties have different ways of counting the votes.  At that point Gore was behind by only a few hundred or so votes in Florida and was gaining ground with each attempt at a recount.  By preventing a complete tally, the justices handed Florida’s electoral votes and the presidency to Bush, a stolen election in which the conservative activists on the Supreme Court played a key role.

Bush Jr. lost the nation’s popular vote to Gore by over half a million, but won the Electoral College and the presidency itself.  Florida was not the only problem. Similar abuses and mistreatment of voters and votes occurred in other parts of the country.  A study by computer scientists and social scientists estimated that four to six million votes were left uncounted in the 2000 election.

2004…presidential contest between Democratic challenger Senator John Kerry and the incumbent president George W. Bush amounted to another stolen election. Some 105 million citizens voted in 2000, but in 2004 the turnout climbed to at least 122 million.  Pre-election surveys indicated that among the record 16.8 million new voters Kerry was a heavy favorite, a fact that went largely unreported by the press.  In addition, there were about two million progressives who had voted for Ralph Nader in 2000 who switched to Kerry in 2004.  Yet the official 2004 tallies showed Bush Jr. with 62 million votes, about 11.6 million more than he got in 2000. Meanwhile Kerry showed only eight million more votes than Gore received in 2000.  To have achieved his remarkable 2004 tally, Bush would need to have kept all his 50.4 million from 2000, plus a majority of the new voters, plus a large share of the very liberal Nader defectors. Nothing in the campaign and in the opinion polls suggests such a mass crossover. The numbers simply do not add up.

All through Election Day 2004, exit polls showed Kerry ahead by 53 to 47 percent, giving him a nationwide edge of about 1.5 million votes, and a solid victory in the Electoral College. Yet strangely enough, the official tally gave Bush the election by two million votes. What follows are examples of how the GOP “victory” was secured.

In some places large numbers of Democratic registration forms disappeared, along with absentee ballots and provisional ballots. Sometimes absentee ballots were mailed out to voters just before Election Day, too late to be returned on time, or they were never mailed at all. Overseas ballots normally reliably distributed by the State Department were for some reason distributed by the Pentagon in 2004.  Nearly half of the six million American voters living abroad–a noticeable number of whom formed anti-Bush organizations–never received their ballots or got them too late to vote.  Military personnel, usually more inclined toward supporting the president, encountered no such problems with their overseas ballots.

Tens of thousands of Democratic voters were stricken from the rolls in several states because of “felonies” never committed, or committed by someone else, or for no given reason. Registration books in Democratic precincts were frequently out-of-date or incomplete.

Voter Outreach of America, a company funded by the Republican National Committee, collected thousands of voter registration forms in Nevada, promising to turn them in to public officials, but then systematically destroyed the ones belonging to Democrats.

Democratic precincts–enjoying record turnouts–were deprived of sufficient numbers of polling stations and voting machines, and many of the machines they had kept breaking down. After waiting long hours many people went home without voting. The noted political analyst and writer, Gregory Elich, sent me this account of his Election Day experience:

In Lucas County, Ohio, one polling place never opened; the voting machines were locked in an office and apparently no one could find the key.

A polling station in a conservative evangelical church in Miami County, Ohio, recorded an impossibly high turnout of 98 percent, while a polling place in Democratic inner-city Cleveland recorded an impossibly low turnout of 7 percent.

Latino, Native American, and African American voters in New Mexico who favored Kerry by two to one were five times more likely to have their ballots spoiled and discarded in districts supervised by Republican election officials. Many were readily given provisional ballots that subsequently were never counted. In these same Democratic areas Bush “won” an astonishing 68 to 31 percent upset victory. One Republican judge in New Mexico discarded hundreds of provisional ballots cast for Kerry, accepting only those that were for Bush.

Cadres of rightwing activists, many of them religious fundamentalists, were financed by the Republican Party.  They were deployed to key Democratic precincts, they handed out flyers warning that voters who had unpaid parking tickets, an arrest record, or owed child support would be arrested at the polls–all untrue. They went door to door offering to “deliver” absentee ballots to the proper office, and announcing that Republicans were to vote on Tuesday (Election Day) and Democrats on Wednesday.

“Democratic poll watchers in Ohio, Arizona, and other states, who tried to monitor election night vote counting, were menaced and shut out by squads of GOP toughs. In Warren County, Ohio, immediately after the polls closed, Republican officials announced a “terrorist attack” alert, and ordered the press to leave. They then moved all ballots to a warehouse where the counting was conducted in secret, producing an amazingly high tally for Bush, some 14,000 more votes than he had received in 2000.  It wasn’t the terrorists who attacked Warren County.

Bush Jr. also did remarkably well with phantom populations.  The number of his votes in Perry and Cuyahoga counties in Ohio exceeded the number of registered voters, creating turnout rates as high as 124 percent. In Miami County nearly 19,000 additional votes eerily appeared in Bush’s column after all precincts had reported.  In a small conservative suburban precinct of Columbus, where only 638 people were registered, the touch screen machines tallied 4,258 votes for Bush.

In almost half of New Mexico’s counties, more votes were reported than were recorded as being cast, and the tallies were consistently in Bush’s favor. These ghostly results were dismissed by New Mexico’s Republican Secretary of State as an “administrative lapse.”

Companies like Diebold, Sequoia, and ES&S that market the touch-screen machines are owned by militant supporters of the Republican Party.  Those companies consistently refused to allow election officials to evaluate the secret voting machine software.

Mike Connelly was a fiercely religious conservative.  He involved in politics to push a right-wing social agenda.   He was Karl Rove’s IT go-to guy, and was the IT brains behind the series of stolen elections between 2000 and 2004.

Connelly was outed as the one who stole the 2004 election.  He gave a deposition on the matter, but stonewalled.  After the deposition, and fearing perjury and obstruction charges for withholding information, Connelly expressed an interest in testifying further as to the extent of the scandal.

He made it known to the lawyers, he made it known that he wanted to talk.  He was scared.  And he had pretty good reason to be scared.

Connelly asked for protection from the attorney general.  Connelly told close friends that he was expecting to get thrown under the bus by the Grove team, because Connelly had evidence linking GOP operative to the scandal and the stolen election.

Before he could testify, Connelly died mysteriously in a plane crash.’”

Then in 2016, there was Donald Trump who supported the Russians in their efforts to deep six Hilary Clinton and insure his victory.

Ronald Reagan…In a taped phone conversation with Richard Nixon, while Reagan was governor of California, Reagan complained about watching Tanzanian officials dancing in celebration after the U.N. voted to recognize China.  “Did you see those monkeys dancing?  Damn them.  They still don’t look comfortable in shoes.”

He called poor Black women, “Welfare queens.”

He used such expressions to “attack housing benefits and the food stamp program.”

He carried on with Nixon’s war on drugs calling for ten times the penalties for crack cocaine (used by Blacks), than powered cocaine used by Whites.

He launched his 1980 presidential campaign by tapping into “white fear and resentment of Blacks.”

In fact, it was Reagan who was first said, “Let’s make America great again (by excluding Blacks and other minorities.)

Dick Cheney….Let’s start in the lowest rung of hell. Cheney was an alcoholic who got two DUIs while living in Wyoming. He somehow made his way to Washington where he became chief of staff for Gerald Ford. There he witnessed two assassination attempts and became certified paranoid. He saw an enemy behind every tree and said, in an amazing, self-serving, convoluted interpretation of the constitution, that “the Executive branch of the government is first among equals and has, therefore, the right to set policy and use executive orders to rule the country.”  His first act, though, upon entering the White House, was to meet with the representatives of Enron, World com, Global Crossing and offer them a deal. They, Cheney and Bush, would deregulate oil and gas for a $250,000 contribution to the Republican Party…and a two million dollar donation to a secret slush fund for illegal programs that would make Nixon look like a saint.

The result of that deregulation caused a fifty billion dollar bankruptcy that wiped out the savings, retirement, health benefits of tens of thousands of people and caused rolling blackouts in California due to Enron’s control over the market. In 6/23/98, CEO of Halliburton Dick Cheney said, “The good Lord didn’t see fit to put oil and gas only where there are democratically elected regimes friendly to the United States.” He, and Halliburton, made $39.5 billion off the Gulf War.

John Yoo….an American attorney, law professor, and author. He served as a political appointee, the Deputy Assistant U.S. Attorney General in the Office of Legal Counsel, Department of Justice during the George W. Bush administration. He is best known for his opinions concerning the Geneva Conventions that legitimized the War on Terror by the United States. He also authored the so-called Torture Memos, which concerned the use of what the Central Intelligence Agency called enhanced interrogation techniques including water boarding. Declared Fourth Amendment flexible, writing: “The government may be justified in taking measures which in less troubled conditions could be seen as infringements of individual liberties.” Yoo forged doctrine of preemption, writing that Bush may use his war powers to act against groups or individuals, even if it would be “difficult to establish that they have been or may be implicated in attacks.”

Supreme court Judge Anthony Scalia…Guilty of falsely awarding George Bush the presidency, which led to the invasion of Iraq on false pretenses, leading to the death of 5,000 U.S. troops. A Supreme Court judge who allowed political consideration to taint his decisions and directly cause the deaths of one million Iraqis. A man who, in a case involving Miranda rights said, “There is less need for such rights since the police are honest and do not lie.

EPA chief Christine Todd Whitman…Told first responders in NYC city it was safe to go back into ground zero when she knew there were carcinogens and heavy metals. That led to thousands of men getting cancer, emphysema, and other heath problems leading to death or greatly shortened lives. Guilty of manslaughter. Federal judge will later call statement, “conscience-shocking

Paul Bremer… for misfeasance, malfeasance and nonfeasance. A man with no experience in nation building, rather a protégé of Henry Kissinger – provost of Iraq. Disbanding the Bath party leading to a blood bath between the Sunnis and Shiites. This after being warned by General James Garner what would occur if he took that action. A man who had the temerity to classify himself with George Marshall, An egomaniac, and sociopath who cost so many lives still thinks of himself in such a way is beyond rationality. He did not collect their weapons, which lead to a blood bath subsequently killing a million Iraqis and over 6,000 American service men.  When he said he would maintain the military after vetting the top generals. Bush said he had other plans for Iraq, then put his arm around the general’s shoulder and said, “Maybe we’ll follow that plan after we ‘do’ Iran.”

Mitt Romney: 2008: Mitt Romney suggested privatizing Social Security: an entitlement program. Of course it is not an entitlement program. It is a program that America citizens funded. Republicans now claim that they should not return the money to the people who paid into the system. If Romney had won in 2008 and privatized the system, 45% of every dollar in the fund would have been lost in the market crash caused by banks that were deregulated by Ronald Regan and the Bushes.  Mitt Romney has $21,000,000 in banks in the Caribbean which he has avoided paying federal and state income tax on.  Mitt Romney’s company “Bain Capital” bought companies, broke them apart, and shipped the jobs overseas leading to the loss of 15,000 American jobs. He then “raided” the pension funds and stole their life savings of thousands of people on a technicality in the law.

George Bush: March 2002: “Fuck Saddam. We’re taking him out.”—Bush said to Rice and three senators.  Bush claimed a new UN International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report stated Iraq is six months from developing a nuclear weapon. There is no such report.  From the first day in the White House, plans were laid to invade Iraq. Why, you may ask. Oil? Bring about democracy? Nothing so vital. After the first Gulf War, Saddam Hussein put a contract out on George Bush Senior’s life and on Laura Bush, George W’s wife. It was a case of pay back. You say you can’t believe that something so stupid could ever be the cause for war. Well, when you’re talking about the Bushes, there is no such thing as “too stupid.” Five thousand men and women lost their lives fighting not for a just cause or American safety, but to satisfy George Bush’s lust for revenge.
In a speech in Houston, Bush says of Saddam: “After all, this is a guy who tried to kill my dad.” Former Ambassador Joseph Wilson sent to Niger to check out claims Iraq buying uranium-rich yellowcake. Joe Wilson told CIA there’s no indication that Iraq is buying yellowcake French debunk yellowcake theory: “We told the Americans, ‘Bullshit. It doesn’t make any sense. When a former ambassador, Joseph C. Wilson, wrote a New York Times op-ed saying there was no nuclear threat from Iraq, the White House retaliated by leaking the name and destroying the career of his wife, Valerie Plame, one of the CIA’s top national security experts.

Notes of meeting between Bush and Blair make clear Bush intended to invade Iraq even if UN inspectors found no evidence of WMD.  Bush told Blair he’d considered “flying U2 reconnaissance planes…over Iraq, painted in UN colors” to tempt Iraqi forces to fire on them, which would constitute a breach of UN resolutions.

Bush said, while president, “By the time they figure out what went on in the White House, I’ll be long gone.”  Gone, but not forgotten, George.

After all, George W, for 90% of the time he was in the National Guard, was on a cocaine binge where another officer signed in for him because he was sleeping off the drugs or the alcohol.

IAEA…official told Bush, Rice, Rumsfeld, and Cheney that the Niger uranium documents were forgeries so error-filled that “they could be spotted by someone using Google.”

Carl Rove…Fixed the 2004 election. Also guilty of overeating, slothfulness.

Henry Kissinger:   A fool who talks with marbles in his mouth and swears there were weapons of mass destruction on Iraq when he knew (which makes him a conspirator before the fact) or didn’t know (which makes him an idiot). Conspired with Richard Nixon to violate the Constitution, break the law and engage in a cover up.  Championed the bombing Laos, a country made up of rice farmers, to ward off the rice farmers joining the Viet Cong and use their hoes and shovels to strike back at the American invaders.  More bombs were dropped on Laos than all the bombs dripped in WWII.

Condoleezza Rice…Memo to National Security Adviser Rice from Energy Department experts eviscerated theory that aluminum tubes purchased by Iraq are for nuclear centrifuges. Rice later claims tubes were clear evidence of Iraqi nuke program.  To a deputy raising doubts about Iraq war, Rice says: “Save your breath. The president has already made up his mind

DHS…Advised Americans to stock up on plastic sheeting and duct tape to protect themselves against radiological or biological attack. The Department of Homeland Security considers “us” the greatest threat in the country.

Colin Powell…2/5/03 In UN speech, Powell says, “Every statement I make today is backed up by sources, solid sources. These are not assertions. What we’re giving you are facts and conclusions based on solid intelligence.” Cites Libi’s claims and Curveball’s “eyewitness” accounts of mobile weapons labs. German officer who supervised Curveball’s handler will later recall thinking, “Mein Gott!” Powell also claims that Saddam’s son Qusay has ordered WMD removed from palace complexes; that key WMD files are being driven around Iraq by intelligence agents; that bio-weapons warheads have been hidden in palm groves; that a water truck at an Iraqi military installation is a “decontamination vehicle” for chemical weapons; that Iraq has drones it can use for bio-weapons attacks; and that WMD experts have been corralled into one of Saddam’s guest houses.  So, Colin Powell is either a fool, a liar or totally incompetent. He can take his pick.

2016…Trump, Russian collusion, brings back all the swamp creatures he promised to drain out of Washington.  Bastardized, evaded, contorted, twisted the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to meet his agenda: a country with only White people, no immigrants, no rule of law, no 1st, 2nd or 4th amendments.

John Barr…a man who sold his soul for the position of Attorney General.  A man who deferred a salary for the right to attend unlimited buffets.  And man who became the personal attorney for Donald Trump, trampling the constitution and sing the Bill of Rights for toilet paper.  When he is out of office and brought up on changes of attempting to overthrow the country, he will claim he was only following order.  Exactly what the Germans said after Hitler was gone.
